Ingredients: Urid Flour,Salt,Calcium carbonate & Vegetable oilStorage: Once packet is opened store in an airtight container.Cooking Instructions:Deep Fat Fryer:Heat frying fat at the highest level. Put each single slice of pappadum in to the liquid fat,dip carefully with a wooden spoon, bake until golden-brown and let drain on some kitchen roll.For Frying: Pour oil in to a pan and heat, gently lower each single slice of pappadum in to the hot oil. Press it down with a wooden spoon to immerse it in the hot oil. after rising, carefully lift the pappadum out of the oil and let drain on some kitchen roll.Micro-Wave:Spread some oil on both sides of the pappadum and let soak. Place them seperately in the microwave for 2-3 minutes at 800 Watt.Warning: Please be careful while cooking with hot oil.
