Vegetables in Hot Garlic SauceIngredients: 4tbsp,Ching's chopped,100g cauliflower, Blanched, 5-6 baby corn thickly sliced (par boiled),10 French beans,Diced,1 capsicum,diced,3 dried red chillies,Chopped,1 tbsp Cornflour,4 tbsp oil, Salt to taste,1 cup water1 spring onion, Chopped.Method: Heat oil in a wok on high flame, add red chillies, garlic and stir fry. Add capsicum and stir fry for 1 minute. Add vegetables and stir fry for next 1 minute, add sauce, ketchup, 1 cup water and cook for 2-3 minutes. Thicken with 1tbsp.Cornflour mixed with 2 tbsp , water, Garnish with spring onion and serve hot with ching's Secret hakka noodles.Ingredients: Water, Sugar, Red chilli, Ginger, Salt, Acetic acid, Modified Maize starch.
