Add cumin and musterd seeds with asafoetida. As soon as they pop and splutter add onion and fry until light brown. Mix in remaining spices and then the veg. cover and cook for 12 min, until tender, garnish with coriander leaves and grated coconut, serve with natco, basmathi rice or chapathi.Storage: Once opened store in an airtight container in a cool dry place.
