Ingredients: Chilli, Coriander, Cumin, Black pepper, Salt, Aniseed, Cassia leaf, Clove leaf, Garlic, Cinnamon, Dry ginger, Cassia, Clove, Turmeric, Cardamom, Staranise, Mint leaf, Kasuri methi,Nustard.Recipe: Marinate 1kg, cleaned mutton pieces with a fine paste of 25g. Garlic, 15g. Ginger and 1 cup of strained curd. Add salt to taste. Keep it aside for 2 hours. Fry 100g chopped onion in edible oil, add marinated mutton, 50g. Sakthi meat masala and necessart water. Cook the contents for 30 minutes by stirring occasionaly or pressure cook for 15 minutes. Down the vessel and garnish with coriander/kasoori methi leaves.
